Fireplace in the interior of a country house

The idea of decorating the fireplace was conceived as an imitation of the forms of Moroccan stoves, in the style of the general design of the house. The surface of the travertine was heavily aged. Wide seams emphasize the imitation of masonry from large pieces of stone. A box of complex configuration hides a voluminous fireplace cassette and enhances the decorative effect of the fireplace lining.
